GNC PM Protein

I know most people on this web site hates GNC but I have to tell you that the GNC PM Protein taste GREAT. If you like ON's Choc. Mint then you would love GNC PM Protein. It cost $18 for 2 pounds. That is cheap for a night time protein. It also has whey in it for a quick rush of aminos. It is like all other night time protein in mix. But it taste great and is cheap I would tell everybody to try it.

GNC PM protein isn't 100% casein, which I would prefer at night. I'm much rather have Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein.

great price, and good taste i might have to check that.
i dont have a casein protein mainly because of the $ thing. i just take my whey at night ....
but i might have to check that out
