Do you take any sort of protein in the morning? i always crave a big shake when i wake up

i would be eating go lean 21 g pro and yogurt 6-8 g pro plus the skim milk 8 g. so no i dont take a shake in the morning

im not positive but if my memory serves me well... HSC already contains creatine so why the added mono at the same time? my buddy takes the HSC straight up i believe before and after working out

You should prob get some fatty acids in there, get some flax or fish oil
