If I eat 200g non-fat milk powder instead of 100g protein powder, is that also able to achive similar effect on body building?

Check the nutrition label for protein content. I can't imagine it could replace protein powder but I'm sure there is some benefit.

If you're looking mainly for slower absorbing casein protein (80% in milk) compared to whey (20% in milk) then its fine I guess.

then how about protein powder? (sometimes there are "whey powder", maybe different from normal protein powder?)

what r u a fukin retard? Whey is the product that the protein is derived from. It's one of the most bioavailable kings of protein(depending whether it's WPI or WPC). Milk is not as good as whey and whey is not as good as milk. It all depends on when you take them. Whey is a fast protien which is what you want pre-workout. Post workout you want a slow steady stream release of protein for recovery which is what casein gives you. In my opininon, post workout and before bed, casein really is the king. It has really boosted my gains in my most recent HST cycle.
