alright so heres my situation with hockey
i took the year off (because im an idiot), but continued playing indoor and outdoor soccer along with working out pretty seriously. I'll be gone for 6 weeks in the summer (end june-mid august), where i'll have virtually no training/proper nutrition available besides the occasional jog. Im planning on going gung-ho for the last 2 weeks of summer, working out as much as i can, and doing some intense cardio to get my endurance back. basically what i want to know is what do you guys reccomend I do for cardio (HIIT? long jogs/bike rides?) and in the gym (focus on power to make up for the lost mass over the vacation, or focus on endurance with higher reps)...
thanks for the support
