In the past I have only taken creatine supplementation via products like VNS Jacked, Swole and NO-Xplode and I am going to begin supplementing with just straight creatine without any extra so that the dosage will increase.
My question: Do you load CEE just like you'd load Creatine mono? For example, I weigh 164 pounds and if I was to cycle creatine I'd take it 26g/day for week one, and then 11g/day for weeks 2-4, and then be off for week 5.
It is my understanding though that increased creatine mono servings are required because their absorbtion is not the greatest... and I also am under the impression that the absorbtion is the claim to fame for CEE.
Can anyone smarter than myself straighten me out? (Note: Lets all consider CEE to be an actual substance as well :) )
