He guys whats up! i just wanted to let you all know that i started my bulking phase last week (3/15/05) and today i ordered 2 bottles of X-factor.

THe disappointing part: i know when you review a product that you shouldn't really be taking on other products to conflict with it but i am going to be selfish here and go for the gold.

My currents supplements for the bulk phase will be: ON's 100% whey, Multipro 32x, Fish oil, Dymatize Xpand, and X-factor.

I will be taking the x-factor @ 4 pills/day... 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2pills an hour before my workout.
**** i will try 4 pills for 2 weeks and if i am not seeing results i like i will up the dosage to 5 pills spread over 3x a day****

MY STATS BEFORE X-FACTOR:
weight: 180lbs
BF% somewhere around 16.5%

some strength stats:
BENCH 255x 2
SQUAT 275x 2
DEADS 370 x 1

my split will be:
MON-chest/abs
TUE-Back
WED-rest
THURS-legs/abs
FRI-shoulders/arms
WEEKENDS-rest

well guys, i know i haven't started taking the X-factor because it isn't here yet but i guess i'll post my workouts from last night and today so you guys can take a look at the weights i use and stuff like that.

LAST NIGHTS LEG/AB WORKOUT:

both were great workouts finished both in about 65 minutes.

ALSO, i dropped the fish oil from my supplement stack today because i have learned that fish oil will conflict with the benefits of the X-factor.

I'll post back maybe sunday night after im done pigging out on Easter. Easter Sunday will be a cheat day for me.

Alright boys it came in the mail today. I took it 3x today: 2 pills an hour before my workout @ like noon, 2 pills with meal 3 @ about 3:00pm, and a pill with meal 5 @ about 7:00pm).

today was the second day. For some reason my lower back was killin me and i have no idea why. i did chest/abs yesterday and i know darn well i didn't hurt it from that and when i went to bed last night i felt fine. The only thing i can think of is that i slept on it wrong. anyway today was Back day so here was the workout:

today is an off day. When i woke up today my traps were sooooo freaking sore. my weight is dropping and i am still eating alot (3000 cals/day). I weighed 178 today. before i started i weighed 180.

tomorrow is legs. i'll post feedback later tomorrow night.

Today i had a pretty good workout. i went up 10 lbs with lunges, 5lbs and some reps with squats, and added some reps with my calf raises too. Not to bad for only day 4. Here's the workout:

Today the gains were pretty good. No crazy pumps yet, but the strength is coming up. As a matter of fact, every exercise i did today went up in either weight or reps or both. Here was the workout:

so far i am liking this product but am not totally convinced on the strength gains coming just from the x-factor alone.

by the way the weight loss seems quick, dont u think....but i like that it seems that it is also a good weight loss supplement.....

Thanx guys, makes me feel good to see you guys taking interest.

Today is day 6. I weighed 179 today so the weight came back up a pound. Today during work i had TONS of energy. I got to work @ 8:00am and got done @ 3:00pm and it felt like i only worked 2 hours. Maybe it was just one of those easy days or something. I am probly goin bowlin tonight so hopefully i'll be able to throw the ball faster or something because i am terrible at bowling.

Tomorrow is another rest day. I'll post tomorrow night. Later guys.

Its been one week now.I weighed in at 180 today. Back to the same weight I started from. I am starting to see my abs a little better, and that is hard to believe because I am bulking right now so that is good news. Also, the pumps are getting a little better. Not only do i have a pump in what muscle I use but I have a full body pump. I have never experienced this before so it is cool. Tomorrow is chest/abs day so I will post back after the workout. Tonight was a pretty good night. I went up a few lbs. in some exercises. Still no real major pumps but getting better. I added 200mgs of caffeine with my preworkout dose of Xpand a half hour before my workout. Definately made an energy difference. I will probly keep doing that until the rest of my HP caffeine runs out. Here was the workout:

Hey guys, I woke up today from my chest workout and usually i am sore as heck but today i was barely sore at all, I wonder if its from the X-factor. Tonight was my back/traps night and man what a good workout. I seriously felt one hell of a pump in my back, bi's, traps, hams, quads, lowerback.... The pump was everywhere and it is still with me as I am typing. Here was the workout: I tried hitting the traps a little different tonight and i'll stick with this way throughout the rest of my cycle because it was good.

Hey guys sorry i didn't post yesterday. It was my 10th day while on it but my computer at home is down because my mom is painting around it. I am in school now so hopefully it;ll be back up tonight after my leg workout.

As for pumps, they are getting more full-body. But i seem to have a headache all the time. That sucks but it isn't too bad. Other than that I am loving this product i Max Von said that the real strength gains come in week 3 so ill be waiting.

WOW guys great leg workout tonite. The weights moved up, the pumps were better than ever. I finally think that the X-factor is getting loaded into my muscles so the next few weeks could be alot of fun. Here is the workout:

My friday night workout was awesome. I increased in weights or reps in just about every exercise i did. The pumps were insane. My arms were so full of blood it felt like they were gonna tear or something. I am starting to really love this product.

On this day i rested. I worked from 8:00am - 3:00pm but other than that i just layed around and went to a party at night (which i DIDN"T drink any alcohol at). I did notice the full body pumps tho. I freakin love em. And once again i woke up less sorer than normal after my challenging Shoulder/arms workout but i'm not complaining i kinda like the idea of not getting sore.

Today is day supposed to be a rest day, but i feel like trying some HIIT cardio just to see how effective the endurance aspect of this product really is. I haven't even touched cardio in about 3 weeks so i'll take it light but i'll report back later on the details of the run. Later guys.

Well guys it turns out i didn't get to do the HIIT cardio. My friends called me up and asked my to play b-ball so i played instead. I didn't want to do both since i am bulkin and didn't think it would have been a good idea. But i will say that my endurance held up nice while i played. Tomorrow is chest/abs so i'll see you guys then.

Hey you set up your log really well, and even though I haven't posted yet I've been following it from the beginning. I just made my first post after my first workout on x-factor...so I stole your basic format of how you set up your log cuz it looks good, haha. Awesome gains though especially considering your cutting!

Today's workout was pretty decent but I wasn't totally impressed by any major strength gains. But the pumps are getting more intense. I didn't go to school today cuz i went to visit a college. I ate from their cafe and it wasn't too bad. I just got the stuff from their salad bar which was a salad, with tomatos, cottage cheese, 2 whole eggs, fat free italian dressing, 2 bananas, and an 8oz. glass of 2% milk. Here was my Chest/ab workout:

Today was my back/traps workout. I had a pretty good workout. My back pain is much better now and i am starting to get back to my heavier weights again which is awesome. The pumps i had were crazy, once again. If the pumps last like this all the way through the cycle i am gonna be etremely happy because they're already intense as hell and its only day 16. Anyway, here is the workout:

Hey guys, today is a rest day. I didn't do anything all day except go to school and then work. The full body pump is still there.

Good news, I walked down stairs last night without my shirt on and my mom saw and said "WOW, You're getting alot thicker in the chest area." I was pretty happy. She said it was the biggest and most defined my chest and shoulders have ever looked. And then today in school two kids asked me if i was juicing. I just laughed and told them NO. But it made my happy to know that some people thought I juiced... Hahaha. What a confidence booster. Anyway, tomorrow is legs/abs so i'll post back on the results tomorrow night. Later guys!

Hey guys, Sorry i haven't posted in 3 days. Im a busy man. Thurs nights workout (leg/ab) was AMAZING. I went up another 15lbs on the squats. For those of you keepin track of strength gains, that is 35lbs. so far while on x-factor and im not even half way done.

Well i'm half way through the 50day cycle. I can't believe the strength gains im getting from this stuff. My squat went up again.... I gotta check, but i think that might be 4 straight weeks in a row. HOLY ****!!! This stuff is amazing. im only half way through and my squat has already went up 45lbs .... I've also been getting good results with X-Factor, but I also take fish oil. This thread is the first time I've heard not to take them together. Can anyone tell me why you shouldn't? Thanks.

I am pretty sure its because Fish oil has Anti-inflamitory effects and the X-factor has Pro-inflamitory effects. But someone might be able to add a little more to that explanation.

Tonight was my Shoulder/arms workout. It was a good one. I had my friends come over to my home gym cuz the school weight room was closed so it was a little cluttered but we managed. Its kinda funny cuz my friends think i'm like huge and they all make me feel good.

The workout was good. Got some strength gains and the pumps in my arms were amazing as usual. Here was the workout:

i don't know why but for some crazy ass reason my lower back hurts me on and off. I don't know if this is in my head or not but it seriously seems like about 1/2 hr after my dose i feel some increase lowerback stiffness... WTF???

Anyway... i think i am goin to start droppin in the cals slowly til i reach around 2300/day startin on day 42 through day 50... Gotta get ready to cut for about a month and then i think i'll get 3 more bottles of this stuff and do it again.

I've seen evidence in vitro that n-acetyl-cysteine inhibits PGF2a formation, which would nullify a lot of X-Factor's anabolic effects. And CLOUT contains a really high dose of N-A-C.

We've definitely had problems with users taking NAC. Didn't realize it was in Clout (hadn't looked closely enough). I'd be interested to try Creatine Orotate with it, just to see how the combo works, but not with NAC.

I never asked for the dosage.. Should have... It happened a couple of times, but one very notably (made a very big difference within a week or so of stopping). I want to say it that one was a pure NAC supplement, so probably had a decent dosage. Can't say for sure though..

Pretty good workout...i've been really getting alot of protein in my diet... I got 280 today. I can also really tell that i am gaining mass. I like that and i still got 18 days left of this stuff because i did the math and 3 bottles taking 5 pills a day will last me 54 days instead of the regular 50 that i thought before... so that was great news, almost 8 full weeks on this stuff.

Try upping your calories by 500-750 min. If you are getting stronger but not building size it is likely a calorie issue. I'd guess you are probably losing fat mass but not replacing the bulk weight fast enough with muscle. You aren't cutting right now are you? If so, disregard..

its so hard with my parents always yellin about me eating "WEIRD" types of food. They're always like "Eat like a normal person" so they pretty much are no help at all in my bodybuilding goals...

And i have to buy all my oats, eggs, cott. cheese, tuna and any other extras i want that the rest of the family don't like.

So being a 17 yr old kid trying to take in 3400 cals a day is really hard man. but i'll do my best....Thanx for everything.

I definately feel a lot stronger! Im not maxing out at the moment on anything, cause I am doing the insane Smolov Squat Program which involves 4 days of heavy squatting in one week. Monday was tough, I started XF on Tuesday, Wednesday was torture. Friday wasnt too bad which is when your supposed to be getting f'd up from all the squatting, and then believe it or not yesterday (Sat) I just absolutely nailed it, when your supposed to be puking and collapsing.
Cannot wait for this week!

How long of a break do you plan to take before using it again?

I like to look at it like this: AA isn't necessarily "unhealthy", but at the same time doesn't offer the health benifits of Omega 3's. 50 days on/50 days off just seems like good advice given this. Nothing magic about 50 days though, except if someone suggests it is dangerous, at which time we have a whole lot of data to throw at them showing the cycle is proven perfectly safe.

You are exposed to ever changing environmental conditions. For example, you may walk out of an air conditioned room into the hot summer sun.
However the cells in your body work best when their surroundings are kept constant. Your body has many mechanisms that keep the cells surroundings constant even though your external environment is changing. This is homeostasis.

Homeostasis is very important because when it fails you become ill and may die.

so 8lbs of LBM was pretty much gained bc my bf scale is only showing like .5% increase so far...

Im about 2.5 weeks in and my weight seems to have dropped a little but strength is up. Maybe the weight gain for this product comes on the tail end of the 50 days?

Often you lose a lot of fat in the early weeks, causing a drop in weight. Muscle mass should catch up soon though.

Also, keep in mind that total protein turnover will be heightened, so you need to keep the calories/protein high to gain well. Often adding 500-1000 calories to your normal diet makes a huge diff when on X-Factor..

last night was another rest day, but i didn't rest very much... I played basketball all day but i ate very well. Took in a lot of cals.

I got great sleep last night and hopefully that will be enough to move the bench numbers up today during my chest/abs workout... I'll post back later with the results.
