What dosage of L-Arginine and L-ornithine combo to take per day?

I just bought some L-arginie and L-ornithine.

Arginine is 1500mgs per tab and Ornithine is 1000ngs per tab.


What dosage do you guys recommend?

Do I need more than 6000mgs of Arginine a day? (4 tabs for me)

Most No2 products say to take about 9000mgs per day of the compund.

I weigh 205 if that helps you guys figure a proper dosage.

I weigh 227 and I take in like 4grams of arginine and 2grams of ornithine prior to training. I'll sometimes take same amounts before bed.

Do you get the super pumped feel like Nitric Oxide products?

What is your input on the effectiveness of this combo?

i usually take 10-20 grams a day in divided doses with no side effects at 150 pounds.but you have to expirement with your own individual response.you can get sick from arginine overdose.ive read it takes at least four grams in a serving to get a result.seems to work pretty good for me.

That is a lot, isn't it?

Alright, I am going to take 3 grams twice a day.

as i said it varies for each individual.i have pretty poor circulation to begin with which is why i think i respond well.but im pretty sure it takes at least four grams a serving for results.6 grams a day never did a thing for me.6 grams prework out seemed to do the trick.ive never tried the ornthinine stack though just strait arginine.so i guess my i shouldve stayed out of this post.sorry bro.
