I went to GNC today to investigate NO.

Which one should I get:

NO2 by MRI
or
Pumptech by Muscletech

They cost similar.

wow neither. both are completely overpriced and you will be wasting quite a bit of money compared to alternatives.

I could buy it from GNC, take half of it out of the bottle, go return it for the other brand and take half out of the other bottle, citing their return policy and how it didn't work for me. :)

Honestly you are just going to get a bicep pump, no matter what muscle tech states, it ends there. All of them. Check out t-nation.com for a newly published medical journal on NO2 supplementation and you wont even think of buying it

But GNC has a return policy and if i'm not happy, I'll return it. :)

aside from all the controversy about no.one thing i know for sure is it really works for bigger erections.i think if it works for this there must be somthing to it.i personally have also noticed pretty good pumps.so if you love the pump i say go for it.personally i would work out for the pump alone even if it means nothing.just beacuse i like to be pumped.but ive found similar results with plain l-arginine as compared to mri no2 although at much higher doses beacuse its cheaper.also timing diet and workout routine are key to these nitric oxide generators as with any supplement.i also read the article in t-nation he is referring to and its still inconclusive what this stuff does.it could vary by the individual.creatine took many years before it was proven legite so who knows with this no stuff.
