in my left pec....feels like a knott when I move my arm...i noticed it a month ago coincidentally a few days after i fot a chest tattoo in same area...than got better...i noticed it after the gym 2 nights ago...I cant feel it by touch but its there...ive tryed to rub it out with everything...not getting any better..what do i do?
