Just started bodybuilding, and I am a female. So, I just confuse what should I drink ?

I'd go with water, diet, and training.

i would go both, just in moderation, milk is good calcium and has protein and juice is great vitamins but be careful lots of sugar. but make sure to drink tons of water. good luck

Bump to MsFit.

Definitely not juice. Once you remove the peel/pulp from fruit (to make juice) you've removed 99% of the health benefits.

Take a look at some of the journals here to see what women are eating and drinking.

milk is for cows not for humans....and is not an adequate souce of calcium

when milk goes through homgenization the cream (fat) is blasted into fine little shards so that it doesn't settle on the top and mixes in with the milk. These little fat shards will stick to and clog your arteries.

I drink a small amount of skim milk, no juice. Plenty of water
