I am 17 and am 6'3" I weigh 192lbs and have a bf of about 12%-14% at the moment(because of bulking). I have been eating 6-7 meals daily with a caloric intake of anywhere between 3400-4000 calories. I do a High intensity fullbody HIT routine Mon/Wed/Friday and do light cardio on my rest days for about 30 mins. 3 times/week. Yet I have been gaining a little too much fat around the lower abdomen but I am not sure why because i keep a very clean diet. Does anyone have any suggestions/Recomendationd/Criticism? Please Post!

how are you eating your meals? are they 2-3 hours apart? i'm 5'8" 195 and bulking, i've noticed a little more bulge too :( but it's natural for the body to add some fat with a hypercaloric diet. It'll all come off when you start dieting/cardio.

I am eating every 2-3 hours apart and eating less calories per meal as the day progresses.

just as long as you are getting markedly bigger and stronger, not gaining huuuuge amounts of lard you should be fine bro :)

the fat kind of pilled on a little too quickly and I was wondering if that was normal ? Plus I was wondering If the fact that I used to be very overweight contributed to the rapid fat storage (I was 6'2" 260 lbs 2 years ago).

Like flipexed said, it's no big deal unless it's a large amount of fat. If you want to lose some of the fat I would suggest doing high intensity cardio instead of lower intensity.
