Hi Everyone,

Like myself, I'm sure there are some people that only have limited access to weights and equipment, relying on basic home setups. Therefore, I was just after some recommended exercises to do if my equipment consists of the following:

- a bench (can only do incline)
- two dumbells that can total in 15kgs (17kgs including the handle itself).
- the basic equipment-free things like pushups/situps/dips

What would be the best, say, top 5 exercises to do that will give me a complete, or best-possible routine ?
