Hey guys - I need some help here. I'm getting ready for the upcoming strongman season and I was thinking of giving one of these products a shot to bring up my lean mass and possibly my strength.
Which one is better and safer? Are they any good at all or a waste of time? I take pain med occasionally - do these mix ok?

did you ever take ph/ps/ass before?
if you didnt i suggest if your going to take ph id would suggest a 1-ad, 4-ad cycle and 60x0 maybe nolva for pct! but its very costley! m1t is to potent for a first cycle!

m1t is harsh stuff, i would stay away from it if you don't know much about it. For strength, methyl dht/m5aa are the way to go. They don't help you gain weight, but help improve strength and focus. 4ad wouldn't be bad for strength and weight gain.
m1t is for advanced users. It can cause many problems if you aren't careful.

This is true, I know this from experience. I bought M1T, not knowng much about, only that it was a ph and it would help me to build muscle fast, I started to do research and ended up taking it back and getting some creatine instead. Just do your research, before trying anything. By the way, what is your age?

Excuse my ignorance but what the heck does ph/ps/ass mean?
As for past experiences. I did do a test cycle back in high school when I was 18 years old - 16 years ago - and responded really well. It was a bad experiece over all though as I didn't know about pyramiding off and really screwed myself up. I had bad palpitations for about 2 months as I did way too much!
And you're saying m1t is really that strong?
I've been taking creatine on and off for 7 months, loads of whey, ZMA, arginine, a good multi, fatty acids etc etc etc if that helps?

After my bad experience with "test" years ago I don't want to do anything that remotely comes close - it was that bad and freaky. I just want to manipulate my natural test levels that's all. Do you think Tribulus is worth a try?
I find ZMA to really work for me in the natural hgh boosting area. I suffer from occasional insomnia and the ZMA has really helped with that - I have the most intense dreams. I also really think it helps with recovery too.

It was winnie V for two weeks (then it ran out) then deca for a about a month (until that dried up) and then cypionate with B-12 shots for a month and half. I ended off with 3 cc's a week for the last 3 weeks but did'nt pyramid off the crap. I went on a two week vacation and came home 20 pound lighter hahaha I've never touched the stuff since!!!
I do believe that something out there has to work to boost natural test levels though?
And for you teenagers out there - stay away from roids!!! Seriously. Not to sound like grand pa but you can take amazing supplements these days that produce results you can KEEP!!! I just had to say that :)

I'm taking Tribulus in a stack with creatine and No2 right now, and its been two weeks in and i've already seen some good gains, and my bench has gone up about 30 pounds. So ya I'd say tribulus works.

Bro if you don't know what ph/ps/aas(not ass) stand for, please do not use them. You clearly nee dto be more research. I am not trying to be the bad guy at all but just for your safety, leave them alone. Stick with CEE and Whey.

I consider asking around here about things research no? And I wouldn't take anything again without researching it. I've been lifting weights for over half my life now and haven't found the need for anything more than a good whey powder, creatine, ZMA, BCAAs and few other key things.
Just thought I ask around but so far no one has been able to give me any real help like stats, articles to read etc? Just opinions I guess :)
And I'm pretty big already at almost 280 pounds at 6 feet - but one can never be big enough right!!!

Cause i've used No2 and creatine as a stack before and, didn't get the same results as when i started this stack with the tribulus.

M1T is a steroid, tribulus is a test booster that works but only if you're over 30 and it's not all that great, i don't use it because i can't feel any results from using it.
Do a search for the words bruce ******* and attack in supplements and you'll find a thread made by dio that might be of interest to you.
280 pounds of flab or 280 pounds of muscle? Post a pic instead of bragging.

I will be leaning down to 270 pounds and then I'll post a pic which I was planning on doing anyway soon :) I will be posting some cool footage of me doing tire flips, atlas stone lifts, farmers walks with 200 pounds each hand and 270 pounds each hand and log presses etc. Should be cool.

I'm into bodybuilding, most would refer to me as a powerbuilder since my workouts consist of low rep high weight compound exercises these days.
For us natural bodybuilders (natural for 10 years since i got caught and banned for a while) strenght and size are very closely related since we need the anabolic stimulus from heavy compound exercises to grow.

He wasnt exactly bragging sir, he was stating a fact that he is 280lbs and yes regardless of bf that is pretty big
and check out the posts above, he is a strongman competitor; now how often have you seen a WSM competitor at 10% or bf? not many are below 15 even. ;)
just thought id point that out :)
