A bud of mine was telling me about a creatine you can take 24/7/365 and never stop seeing results but I can't seem to find anything on it?

Creatine is creatine. I think that in order to see full results you should cycle every now and then. I think that you could take it all the time though, but like i said in my experience you get better results cycling.

taking creatine all the time is not good. You will get better results of creatine each time you cycle it.If you dont cycle it,after 1-2 months, you will not notice effect of it.So after one cycle, take 4 weeks off!It is not dangerous if u take creatine all the time, but you will not get good results.

Now, making statements like "you will not notice effect of it" and "you will not get good results" requires something to back up that statement with.

Why would the effect decrease? You will still have the creatine in your muscles doing it's work.

I have been on creatine mono for several years now, i reload every six weeks or so and that works great for me.

The theories behind cycling creatine are laughable at best IMO.

I have also read studies that show that reloading shows to be just as effective. Either way, i think that you should either cycle off or reload.

reloading eh?

I need to try that. Do you have any references you can share?

My first time ever on creatine was 9 weeks ago. The 6th week I saw a HUGE difference. When I went off the 7th week I saw HUGE gains. Ever since I defiantly do not have as much endurance and take much longer to recover.

I'll try reloading during my next cycle. Thanks for the tip!

Why would anyone want to cycle off at any time? It makes absolutely no sense to me to do that. If i didn't reload i still wouldn't cycle off creatine.

Only reason i can think off is money, but creatine mono is so very cheap.

I have only tried the re-loading once. However i saw better results when i cycle off. I don't cycle off but for 4 weeks. I'll stay on though for up to 8 to 12 weeks. this has always worked for me. I'm not saying that it doesn't work but cycling is not a bad idea either. Both work, i think the main thing is which works better for the individual. Everyone will react differently.

I am just curious, what do you mean when you say it works better when you cycle it? You lose strenght and weight when you cycle off it, don't you?

I just can't understand why cycling it would be beneficial, that doesn't mean that it isn't, for you, that just means that i see no reason why it would be. (unless the dosage you're on is less than 5g).
