I was just wondering what the average weight of your high school football team. I go to a small school in pa and ours is about 230 i think.....i was just curious about other schools.

depends... freshman, JV, or varsity.
for freshman, which i am, I'd say its about 205

man are Varsity line the average weights has got to be atlest 275lbs we have a big ass ****in line thise year! Its gona be bad ass!

my football teams starting lineman average weight is around 275

around 240, but I am currently 282lbs

where in pa are you from oafy?
i also go to a small school in pa and our line this year will average
around 230-240....but this is one of the biggest lines we have ever had...usually our line averages aroud 200

Our Line is pretty small. Im the biggest kid on team at 6'5 265-270ish as a next year junior

In my school our guys are in the 240 range they make up for size with thier speed.

where r u dudes from? are you from western, eastern...?
my team plays in the wpial. starting line weight is between 190-313.
I am from central Pa right around harrisburg. My team plays in the AAA Colonial Division. Which we were the champions of last year.

i am from north-central Pa......Distrisct 9 single A champions last year......and hopefully again this year

East Texas. former district 12-5A. hardest 5A district in the state.
but they bumped us down to 4A because we were 10 people short.
btw, other teams that used to be in the old 12-5A: Lufkin (5A state champions 2001) Longview, Nacedoches, Marshall (us), and i think one of the high schools from tyler...
