my girlfriend has an allergy to aspirin and gets headaches from e.c.a. stacks, is there any women here who have gotten good results from any supps other than the e.c.a.? also is there a particular article i can show her on weight loss. she has a tendency to put on weight easily and her problem is becoming mine. any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Because of a health condition, I cannot take E.C.A. stacks either. I have lost fat by eating clean, lifting intensely and doing a lot of cardio. So, it CAN be done without E.C.A. stacks or any of the other stimulant-based thermogenics. Personally, I think the risk of taking those things far outweigh the benefits anyway.... but that is just my opinion. There are quite a few articles on this website dealing with fat loss, cutting, etc. Just go to the articles page and you'll see lots of info. There really isn't a "magic pill" for fat loss, you just gotta put in the work. Hope this helps!

Great Answer!!!! Try "The Eat clean diet" by Tosca Reno. Great advice for learning how to eat clean!

The aspirin isn't necessary for the EC stack...it was added to see if it would increase the half-life, or effective time of the ephedrine and caffeine. No real difference, but everyone just kept it anyway.
Unless you overdose or have an underlying condition, there is no risk involved with ephedrine.
Just some facts to keep, "in your back pocket," after the success of the exercise and eating more healthily.

A good clean diet + a good training plan= better than ANY supplement.
