Hey Im just wondering if I am getting the right response from the CET I am taking. I take it on days on go to the gym (4/5 days a week) and on the off days I was going to take HP CEE (waiting for the new shipment). So for now I have been just taking the CET. At the gym I feel a nice pump but obviously I get tired after a while. I am not sore afterwards or even during the night. I just started working out again and I remember in the past before I found this site and all the supplement information I would always feel sore after a work out. I am happy that I dont feel sore becuase it allows me to go to the gym more often, but is this the right effect of CET? Once I go home and relax for an hour I feel like I can go through another work out all over again.
Let me know if this all sounds right to you. Also is it a good idea to take HP CEE on off days? Also is it useless to stack CEE, Creatine and CET?
