Ok so right now I am taking redline, bcaa's, and glutamine. Any other ideas? I am trying to lose a massive amount of bf, a couple of weeks ago was the last time I checked I was at 46.8% down from 52% when I first started. I am looking more for something that will give me more energy, I eat pretty clean, but I always feel tired, except for the first couple of hours after I lift.
