Need a little help here.

Recruited 10 of my co-workers into a 3month musclebuilding challenge. However, short of us jumping up on the cafertia tables at lunch for a muscle posedown, I cannot find a "just" calculator that would track our progress. ( I think HR department would not be too keen on that at lunch show anyways.)

All ten are at different bodyfats and fitness levels; however, frame types are comparable. So the basic BMI calculators I have found (I believe) don't work in this challenge. I was hoping to find a basic neck, arm, waist, leg, weight, height calculator that would spit out some 'xxx' gain number that we could use to decide the best overall improvement

This is more of "friendly for fun" challenge so it doesn't need to be exact science but just fair. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. I got to 20Mar to come up with something!!

Thanks,

Did a little more searching of the internet/forums elsewhere. Found a good site taking in all measurements and actually works for bodybuilders. Looks like we will be tracking lean body mass change.
