Here is my review of these products.
Volume DNA: This is a dicreatine malate product which also contains n acetyl glutamine and alpha lipoic acid. The serving size suggested is 1 large teaspoon, and i will be taking this pre workout on some days, and post workout on others. For the first 5 days of use i will be 'loading' and taking 1 large teaspoon pre AND post workout.
EnerG: This product is a glutamine peptide mix. I will be taking 3 heaping table spoons at night time mixed in with a about 400ml of 1% milk and 1 scoop of Syntrax matrix 5.0 protein (chocolate flavoured).
I have just takin my first serving of Volume DNA mixed with about 250ml of grape juice. It is a fine white powder that took a few seconds of stirring to mix. With Swole V2 there were small crystals on the bottom of the glass that did not disolve no matter how long i stirred for. With Volume DNA so far i can see NO crystals left on the bottom; all of the powder has been fully disolved.
When mixed with grape juice i could not taste the powder (maybe slightly more bitter).
EnerG i have yet to try, but the powder is a brownish beige colour, and believe it or not it smells kind of like a french vanilla/irish creme type coffee flavouring. I tasted a little bit of the powder and it tasted similar to what it smelled like. People claim that it has an 'earthy' flavour, so i wasn't expecting this. I suppose i'll see what it tastes like tonight before bed.
Some information about me. I'm approximatly 6'1, 207lbs, 10-12% body fat.
I'm almost 21 years old, been training for almost 2 years, and am natural (no PH or steroids).
Some approximate measurements:
Arms - 16.5'
Forearms - 14'
Legs - 25.5'
Calves - 15.5'
Waist - 32.5'
Chest - (never been properly measured, approx 44-47'?)
I have been getting sick a lot lately due to high stress at university and less sleep than i'd like. This will test EnerG's ability to boost my immune system.

So i took a second serving of Volume DNA post workout with some fruit WPI and about 40-50 grams of dextrose. The taste is noticable with this mixture, as it is with grape juice. It adds a slightly bitter taste and a bit of a chemically (creatine?) taste. It's not overpowering and i don't mind it at all.
The workout went surprising well. I know it's way to early to tell results, considering i only took my first serving 1.5 hours before my workout, but i noticed improvements.
I had less burning and more endurance than i've had in months, which is very noticable. It could be placebo but it was quite noticable. I don't mean extreme, but it was noticable.
I did quads and calves tonight. Didn't go very heavy because i'm doing a 3 week cycle of moderate weight for 6-8 reps.
I tried the EnerG mixed with milk and syntrax matrix 5.0. This stuff is quite strong. Masked the chocolate flavour a fair bit but wasn't terrible. The chocolate tasted better alone, but this wasn't undrinkable by any stretch of the imagination. And if it delivers any results at all, even a terrible taste would be acceptable.
My only concern was that it didn't fully mix with just a spoon. It almost mixed all of the way, but there were some globules floating on top that didn't mix, which tasted quite strong.
Anyways it's day 1, too early to give any real results. Just giving you guys some immediate feedback.
BTW i will spell check these and format them a bit better soon. I am insanley busy right now with school and work and what not.
Another point. I haven't done much weight on legs for a long time. I had taken time off here and there due to being sick and having exams, also when i was training i was doing high volume training, so using very low weight. This is the first time i've used any real weight in a while, so i would normally be sore tomorrow, and REALLY sore 2 days from now. I'll let you know how that goes.

Good luck man the biggest thing you will notice IMO is the endurance from both products, and hell I loved the floaties on top lol, good luck

Day 4: I haven't had time to workout today, but i worked out last night.
I did chest last night. It was a fairly quick workout because i couldn't get into the gym until late due to being at school for 13 hours. Honestly guys I do have a dedicated workout plan and i like to workout at least 5 days a week, it's just lately i've been crazy busy and stressed out.
So far i've noticed a definate increase in endurance. I can't comment on strength gains yet because i haven't pushed myself hard yet while taking these products, but endurance is up. Also when i got off of the stairclimber from doing a 10 minute warm up my legs felt more pumped than normal and i had a harder time walking than normal.
As for the chest workout I got a good pump and had a lot less burning while doing sets. When my muscles would normally be screaming at me they were not burning very much at all. The strange thing is that i would still begin to fail and have to end my set (of course), but it wouldn't be from an intense burning and failure, i just wouldn't be able to push the weight any more.
This would be really interesting to test doing high volume training. I was recently doing squats for 10 sets, 10 reps, lowering for 3-4 seconds, and a minute and a half rest between sets. My lower back and legs would be burning so badly i felt sick. I'm going to try and do this workout again after i've been on volume DNA and enerG for a few weeks and see how it works.
So my initial impression is that it seems to be doing what it says and improving recovery and endurance. Strength i've yet to fully test, and really it's so early that nothing is conclusive.
The taste, although strong, doesn't bother me at all, and i have a feeling that when i'm done i may actually miss it. Kind of like alcohol or dark chocolate. A bit of an aquired taste but hard to go without when you get hooked.
I'm having a strange pain in my right lat right now, i think i picked something up in a wierd way. Tomorrow i either want to do full deadlifts, straight leg deadlifts, and hamstring curls, or perhaps shoulders.

Day 5:
I worked at the university gym today and decided to get in a quick back and biceps workout afterwards. I superset back with biceps and blew through the workout in about 40-45 minutes. I did'nt have much time to mess around.
I haven't had a good workout in a long while but this was a really good workout. I had a really big pump and felt really FULL. Someone even commented that i looked "huge". Now he had never seen me before working out so it's not like i looked way different than i normally do, or that he was noticing an extra pump, he just commented.
I don't workout there very often so it was nice to change up the scenery a bit. I was a bit more pumped for the workout and got to try some new hammer strength equipment that i've never used before and have been wanting to try out. Strength was good, endurance was great, once again the burning wasn't as bad as normal and it let me push through a few extra reps. So far i'm noticing my workouts picking up a bit.
I'm interested to see how this turns out. I'm drinking my night time shake of enerG and protein. Just about to head to bed. Tomorrow i'm going to try and do shoulders and tri's. I'm basically just doing whatever muscle groups i feel like, in different orders, as long as they don't conflict with what is sore or what i worked the day before. I normally have a bit more of a regimented plan, but i like doing it this way. I find i get better results because everything is always different, and it's a lot more fresh and interesting.

Day 6:
Quick update. Did shoulders and triceps today. Did some quasi heavy dumbells for shoulder presses, a heavy iso shoulder press machine, side laterals, and rear delts. For tri's i did a set of dips, skull crushers, cable pressdowns, and played around on a tricep extension machine.
Strength of the shoulders was good. I started with dumbells and THEN did the really heavy iso machine, and i was stronger at the iso than i was last time i did it, even though last time i was fresh and this time i did heavy dumbells before.
Strength seemed to be up a bit, workout wasn't fantastic, but i was tired. Got a decent pump, and had a general good feeling of fullness in my muscles.
Tomorrow i may do a quick deadlifting/hamstring seshion after work, before i study for organic chem.

Day 7:
Unfortunatly i didn't get time for a workout today. I left for school at 8am and just got home at 11:30pm. Tomorrow i will for sure. Deadlifts and hamstrings. I am a bit sore today, but considering that i went really heavy on back a few days ago, and went heavy on triceps yesterday, i usually am more sore.
I was wearing a shirt that has been fitting me a bit more loosly than normal lately, but today it felt really tight and filled up. I just felt really big and pumped. It's a great feeling cause i've been feeling deflated for a long time. I'm really happy so far with the results!
Again there could be some placebo effect going on here, although generally i am not susceptable to that sort of thing. It is also probably in part due to the fact that i'm changing up my workouts again and going heavier. I have changed up my workouts quite a lot in the past 4 months, and i haven't felt like this for quite a long while (maybe in the summer), so i think the products may really be doing something.
I'm getting realy excited to see how things go.
Stay tuned...

Day 8:
Did some deadlifts and hamstrings today. Was super stressed out and tired so i was amped to have a terrible workout. It didn't go super hot, but i was somewhat pleased with the deadlifts. I haven't deadlifted consistantly in about 6 months. I don't know where the time has gone, but i started taking time off randomly from them now and again, my lower back needed more rest time, and i just drifted off them.
So i didn't go super heavy on them, but resonably heavy, about 3 plates. Built up to them and then did 3 working sets of 8 reps. My back and ass and hamstrings felt really tingly and numb afterwards, it was pretty cool. My lower back was pumped, i have a feeling i'll be sore tomorrow/the next day.
So i've switched up my dosages a bit. I'm now taking 1.5 servings of EnerG the glutamine peptide supplement before bed, and 1.5 in the morning. Both with protein shakes. I am also finished my loading phase of the dicreatine malate product Volume, and am taking a half serving pre workout, and a half serving post workout, instead of just a full serving post workout.
I have a midterm on friday so i may be spending long days at school without any time to workout. You may not hear from me until friday. But i'll try and at least make an update at how sore i am from the deads tonight.

Day 10:
Didin't have time to workout yesterday, didn't have time to workout today, won't have time to workout tomorrow. But on saturday i will.
I hate my life and want to die... j/k (well sorta). **** loads of work and studying right now, just got back from another 14 hour's of straight schooling ****.
Still taking regular doses of enerG and Volume DNA. One thing to note is that i am not NEARLY as sore as i should be. From what i did on the deads, considering i hadn't done them in quite a while, i should hardly be able to walk/bend over today. I am sore, and my traps were bothering me from the weight of my backpack walking across campus in the morning, but not nearly as bad as i have been from doing similar things before. So it seems to be doing the job so far.
Doing legs again on saturday.

Day 12:
Did legs today. Didn't have the energy to squat, and i wasn't able to plan my meal properly due to working, so i had JUST eating a bunch of food. I decided to do some heavy leg press, some leg extensions and some calves instead of squating.
I went heavy on the leg press and it went REALLY well, my strength was great and endurance was great. By far the best performance i've ever done in the leg press and it felt comfortable.
Also i repped out the leg extension machine afterwards. I've done this before, and usually i would struggle through 20 reps, burning like mad after 15. I went to do this time with MORE weight, and kept going to 25 reps, no where near as intense burning, i just couldn't move it anymore. I didn't have to quit due to burning pain, i just fully failed, which is awesome.
These products seem to help me go to the max. I'm really liking things so far!
Tomorrow i will update again.

Day 13:
Ok this stuff is really kicking in, i'm REALLY impressed. I deadlifted last week right around when i was starting these products, and it was the first time i had done them in months. I haven't been deadlifting on a weekly basis for a while now, maybe 6-8 months. Today i did deadlifts again and was just going to go light. I did 3 plates, felt like nothing, so i did 3 plates and a 25. That felt good, so i went for 4 plates, which felt VERY good. Last week i just went to three and a 25, and this week 4 plates felt almost as easy as the 3 and a 25 i did last week. Now again i've done this weight many times before, but the last time i tried it (maybe 2-3 months ago), it felt SUPER heavy and very uncomfortable, i really had to work to get through the set. Today i repped it out 5 times and it felt very smooth and comfortable.
I did some hamstring curls after the deads as well.
So yea it appears to be coming to full effect and i'm very impressed. I've never really responded well to anything before so i'm quite excited.
We'll see how things go from here... Stay tuned!

Day 14:
Well apparantly i didn't get away from that crazy and phenomenal deadlift session yesterday un-touched. I'm sore as **** this evening and could barley bench. The workout totally drained me (i didn't get enough sleep last night which is part of it) and today i couldn't bench anything at all. I knew this would happen though considering i was so tired and also sore. Wasn't into it.
This isn't surprising though. Considering my deadlift performance yesterday, and that it was the second time deadlifting in many months, it would be a miracle not to be sore at all.
So the chest workout was sub par, but we'll see what happens tomorrow when i'm a bit more recovered. I'm taking 2 heaping table spoons of EnerG tonight to try and aid in my recovery.

Day 15:
Still tired and sore today so i just did some biceps and calves at the gym. I got a good pump and a good full feeling even though i'm still quite sore and i'm very exhausted today. On the plus side my body is sore in a bit of a different way than it normally is. It isn't crippling soreness that prevents me from bending over to tie my shoes like i would normally get from a dead lifting session like i did on sunday, but just a general aching tired feeling, like my body is putting all of it's resources into repairing my muscles. I do feel as though the enerG is working to help replenish and repair my muscles, if that makes any sense at all. Almost like a tingly feeling. Endurance is still up, and the burning is way down on sets, i get much less lactic acid build up it seems. When i'm all recovered and ready to go i'm gonna try and do a real hard workout and put myself to the test again.

Day 16:
I'm am very tired and sore today. My body still needs time to recover from these last few hard workouts. Also i seem to have strained my right front delt somehow. Tomorrow i should be ok for shoulders. I went to the gym and did about 30 minutes of cardio and some stretching. Everything was fine, nothing fantastic to report.
One thing i noticed while doing HIIT cardio is that normally on my sprinting intervals i would get intense burning and lactic acid build up and have to stop from that, but now it's just my body giving out. I really lets me go harder and further.
Good stuff!

Day 17:
I just had a ****'n awesome workout! Did shoulders tonight and felt really tired and lethargic before going. I was trying to study some organic chemistry and almost feel asleep at my books, so i went and laid down for about 10 minutes. I mixed my shake with volume DNA, ergopharm I-pro protein and about 40-60grams of dextrose. I sipped a little bit of it during my workout and had most at the end.
I started with behind the neck press and just went moderatly heavy. It felt pretty good, although my neck was a tad sore (haven't done these in quite a few months). Surprisingly i was able to make it up to my old weight right away and it felt as good as it ever has, even after not doing it for quite some time. I went through that, and then moved on to bent over dumbell rear delt raises, which felt very solid and controlled, then onto dumbell side laterals, then upright cable rows, and then a few sets of shrugs.
First off let me say that i felt really thick and big and strong through the whole workout. I was wearing a quasi tight t-shirt it i felt really full and thick and strong, really aware of my muscles during my sets, and very pumped and voluminized. Just a general 'fullness'. It was really a great workout, and i haven't had a lot of those in the past few months (many more now it seems since taking energ and volume). I look bigger and thicker in the mirror and my arms are a tad more vascular.
Overall i am extremely happy with my progress these past couple of weeks. I had been in a real slump.
Still i am noticing the very much increased endurance and decreased lactic acid build up/burning sensations. I was warming up with shrugs and was just going to go light on barbell shurgs with 2 plates a side, and i did about 25 slow controlled reps, holding and squeezing at the top, and i just COULDN't get a burn. My arms eventually just gave up so i moved up to 3 plates and repped those out.
I am really looking forward to Omega's new line. If the new Genetec products are even equal to the old ones (these ones) i'll be happy.
I feel wierd boasting about a product, never really having one work for me before. And remember i'm not 1000x times stronger and bigger or something rediculous like that, i just FEEL much better, have more endurance, a little more strength, and seem to be looking/feeling bigger, thicker and fuller. Those things i suppose are quite huge improvements to me right now because i haven't gotten them from supplements before really. I'm very intune with my body and have been training for long enough to know myself very well and whats going on with my body. These are definate changes and i'm very happy. Oh, and the quickened recovery is a BIG thing i can't forget to point out!
Anyways Omega i think you've made a dedicated customer out of me and anyone i talk to. I won't make any final conclusions yet because i'm not finished my log, but i can't see it getting worse from here, only better.
Stay tuned!

Day 18:
Did back yesterday. I started out with some wide grip lat pulldowns, then some bent over barbell rows with a medium width grip (fairly wide), and then some seated close grip rows. I did moderate weight for all of them and really focused on slow controlled eccentric motion. I had a good pump and my back is sore today, which is good! I managed to hit it really well. I'm really having good workouts on this stuff. I had been having so many bad workouts for so long, i am very pleased.
I'm about to head to the gym and do some triceps, calve and abs. I will post up on that later tonight.

Day 19:
I did some triceps, calves and abs tonight. I got some good burns on the abs and calves, but the triceps were difficult to get a burn on. The same thing as before, this stuff seems to make it so i can go for longer and not get too much pain. I got a really good pump in my triceps, they looked really huge and full afterwards. My calves got a big pump as well, and my abs got a decent burn.
I did some exercises for triceps that i don't normally do, just to change things up a bit. Did some fairly light/medium weight dumbell skullcrushers and some tricep kickbacks, and then did some moderate/heavy cable pressdowns.
It was a really good workout, i felt really focused and solid through the whole thing. I just felt pumped and big the whole time, it was quite enjoyable actually.
Afterwards i went home and had a big shake with oatmeal and protein, and then went to a friends house and ate a bunch of chicken breasts and a bit of pasta with a bunch of meat sauce. I overdosed on protein and now i reak like a landfill.
I may not workout tomorrow. I'm working and my gym closes early. Besides i need a day off. Monday i think will be quads and calves again.

Just a note, my other account has been temp banned for 2 weeks so i will be posting the rest of my log under this account.
I posted in some thread called 'just shoot me', or something along those lines. I wasn't sure what it was about but it's a huge thread. Anyways it was easter so i said happy easter and i felt generous for some reason (i don't normally partake in the rep thing) and gave out some reps. I also noted in my post that returned reps would be welcome. Well apparantly that is 'rep whoring' and if a particular person saw this he would erase the entire thread. So to ensure the thread wasn't demolished i was temp banned with a warning not to post in there again.
So that's the story...
No biggie, same log, slightly different monicker.

Day 20: (these are days that i workout. So there have actually been more like 25-27 days since i started the products).
Took two days off and went back tonight to do chest. It was much better than my last pitiful chest workout, but i was still weak.
My shoulder has been irritated for almost a week now and it has been hindering my performance on chest. I was very tired and didn't have a lot of energy tonight. My girlfriend got in late last night from a trip to Europe so i was up late for that, and then i had to go home and finish studying for an organic chemistry test early the next morning. I worked out from 9-10pm as well, so it was at the very end of a long tiring day.
Anyways all things considered it wasn't that terrible. Tomorrow i will try and do legs. (my abs have been sore so i have been putting off squats).

I don't know i may be.
I've tried Swole V2, Nutrabolics NOZ, creatine monohydrate, and something else... i can't remember. Nutrabolics Diablo, and perhaps another creatine product.
Anyways none of those had any noticable effect, but i am VERY happy with the results of Genetec Volume DNA and enerG.
Check out my log above for more info. I would definatly recomend it. It's on for really cheap right now at bb.com because Genetec is releasing a new product line soon.

Day 21:
Didn't work out yesterday, i had no time and was dead tired. I haven't slept much the last three nights due to school/girlfriend/windstorm. However i DID do legs tonight. I'm having a wierd pain in my back which i believe to be from deadlifting, so i couldn't squat. Infact doing leg press has me in a lot of pain and i was going to back out. But i kept going and stretching and i made it through ok (just had to be real controlled and careful on the eccentric portion of the rep). Strength and endurance was good. There wasn't a huge improvement over last time, but definatly since i first started taking these supplements.
I think it's important to note that tonight because of my back i couldn't push myself, and even with that i was able to perform at least as well as i did last leg workout, which was a HUGE improvement over the one before that. So i guess that in it's self is great.
Anyways i've had this pain before and i did some stretches from my physio to help it. So i should be ok soon, i hope.
Also i forgot to mention i did quads, and hams and calves today.
Tomorrow again i cannot workout, but hopefully this weekend i can get in a lot. I have a biology lab final on monday so that may eat some of my time.

Day 22:
So this is the 22 workout i've had since being on the products. I guess it's a little bit incorrect the way i've been doing it, but basically i only make entries on days i workout, and don't on the days that i don't. So really i've worked out 22 times since being on these products, but i started them 27/28 days ago.
I am just drinking my final server of EnerG, the glutamine peptide formula. I've really grown to like the flavour that i at first found to be a little bit strong. It's really a unique/vanilla like taste that your pallete needs to grow accustomed to.
I did back this evening and it was a really great workout. I felt really full and strong, endurance was GREAT, had a great pump, everything was good. This backworkout that i just had can pretty much sum up my feelings about these products. Solid, strong, and just great in general. I am very impressed and these have been the only product that have really worked for me so far.
Wide grip pull downs i was able to hold my form really well with heavier weight, really squeezing my lats down and getting a great burn/full feeling. T -bar rows were great, had a really good tight feeling, and one arm dumbell rows also felt strong and controlled.
Now as for volume DNA, it barley looks like any is gone, i swear this will last me another 4 months, it's rediculous. There are 60 servings per container, which should last for just under 60 days (5 days of loading in the beggining with 2 servings a day), but i've just finished a month and it's not even close to half done. Very generous and a great deal, i'd say buy this stuff up before it's all gone.
I am really excited about these products, i just hope that my shoulder heals up quick so that i can get back at doing chest properly again. I tweaked it out a few weeks ago and chest exercises are very weak right now.
This pretty much concludes my review of Genetec EnerG and Genetec Volume DNA. I would give them both 10/10. This is based on the supplements i've used prior to these, and how i responded to them. It's very hard to pinpoint enerG because it's effects seem to be synergystic with volume DNA. Also recovery is it's main goal and it's really hard to put a quantitative measurement on something like that, but i do know that it was improved.
Big thumbs up for Omega and Genetec, i really look forward to his new products he has in the works. I suspect you may see a review from me on the new products as well, i'm hooked. I will consider this review pretty much complete, but i will make a few more random posts to let you all know how volume DNA continues to treat me. I plan to keep using it for maybe another month.
Thanks for your time everyone!
