hey fit ladies out there :)
based on your experiences, at how much percent of body fat did u find your rump and thigh cellulite start to vanish?
My main goal is to keep working until my thighs and butt smooth out considerably, i want sleeker looking legs and butt (i'm definately doing my squats and lunges along with some upper body exercises with weights)...i have pretty bad cellulite although i'm not overweight, and i'm pretty sure it's because of my high body fat and low muscle mass....i aim to be at 20% body fat...do u ladies think the cellulite would smooth out when i reach that point?
any advice or suggestions?
