Phenylephrine HCI

Does anyone know the effect of this on the body?

Does it have a similair effect as ephedrine?

Dosages in the 5 mg range are recommended. How does 5 mg of Phenylephrine HCI compare to 5 mg of Ephedrine?

Why, because it has the word 'ephrine' in it?

Now I am trying to determine if the effects on the body are the same as ephedrine. And if so what a dosage would be.

Didn't see anything about it being used as a stimulant, only for certain med conditions...

I think this is a research drug and can be very dangerous.
