I'm a 16 year old from wenatchee Washington. I started this workout with a bench max of 320. now I've been doing this 12 month workout for only 2 weeks now, but i can already tell that it is working. The last set of 10 is a killer. I hit a plato in my bench max, but this program should be the thing to help get me past that. And a thank you to Randy Herring for sharing his knowledge.

how often should you perform this program... is this one a week/ twice a week... can I add to this Incline, flyes, dips, or any other exercises? I followed the how to bench 300 program and I found that I was able to do significantly more weight on the dips and more reps on the lower weight even early on in the program. What other specifics could you provide?

this is a 12 month program, not 12 weeks. big difference

This is what Im trying to figure out myself. Should I only do this once a week or twice. Also I would like to know if I should do other chest exercises with this routine? I would really appreciate a response.

Seems like an old post, but ive been trying this routine, im 21 and can put up around 340 on bench, hope this gets me past, but like the other people im curious to know how often you recomend doing this, twice a week? skip two days in between? Its just not very specific.
