hey im just starting my keto diet, and i wasnt sure when to do for a log. do you just continually post what your doing, and eating through the days?

either way here goes

breakfast 1200 pm
2 eggs
1 egg white
80 g pork chop fried
1 tbsp olive oil
30 g havarti cheese
7 g onion
21 g mushroom

lunch 400

200 g chicken breast broiled
4 oz romaine
2.5 tbsp caesar dress
1.5 oz red onion
parm cheese

snack 700
eas carb sense bar
100 g burger
15-20 g cheese
bbq or ranch sauce
1 leaf lettuce

dinner 930
4 shrimp skewers
4 oz tossed mix
1-2 tbsp oil and vinegar dressing
1 oz onion
1 oz mushroom
1 oz pepper

Looks good buddy. You can post as often or as little as you like. Your meals look great, just dont forget the fiber, you dont want to clog the works. And why not just have 3 eggs in the morning, the yolk is the fat, embrace it, its keto!
