I'm making a keto log because I believe it'll help me stay on track for longer and stay motivated.

My stats:
5'6
174 as of today
15% BF

My diet:

26g of fat per meal
27g protein per meal
3g carbs per meal
2100 calories daily

I know it's odd that I'm starting my cut when it's about to cold as hell and summer's over, but I plan to cut until around November-December, then start a very slow clean bulk until April to cut for summer again.

Might as well start with my lunch since I just woke up and it's my first meal, I plan to update this during the day because for now I'm stuck babysitting a little brother.

MEAL NUMBER 1:

4.5oz tilapia raw: 3g fat, 26g protein

1 fish oil capsule : 1g fat, 0 g protein (I ran out :()
50g beans: 0g fat, 1g protein, 3g carbs
TOTALS: 25g fat, 27g protein, 3g carbs

I'm confused by your post in the main Keto section that you made today:

'was on CKD for 5-6 weeks when I was basicly dead after 2 days. I went to a wrestling seminar had to wake up early go running, then drill hard, then live wrestling, and I couldn't make it through which is why I stopped keto for a while.

And people cited our ancestors as reasons for Keto and IF. But I have access to a grocery store and grains, so I'm going to use those resources to be 2 times as big as them.

Oh that was a while ago. The reason I'm back on Keto is because I'm not really doing an overly strenuous exercise besides my lifting routine and basic cardio. (No wrestling or anything)

That was also a response to someone saying that my body didn't have time to be fat adapted.
