This is SAN's new 7-Keto product
I have tried a variety of stims and fatburners; several that have contained 7-Keto in them including Scorch and Leanfire, but I have never used any type of 7-Keto standalone
Blaze is the dihydroxylated methylcarbonate ester of 7-OXO-DHEA
It helps the body release T3 and is also supposed to help with the immune system which I may be able to gauge as I am currently fighting a cold
I will track weight and waist measurements as the log goes on and report back my progress and any observations
Initial Impressions:
I really like the design of the bottle, and it has gold foil paper on the inside. Looks cool. The directions say to take 2 pills a day spaced 6 hours apart on an empty stomach. So I popped my first one with some water before class.
Current weight is 228
Waist is 38 7/8

Well, I have nothing but good things to post thus far. I have been lifting hard and heavy; as well as playing raquetball for cardio.
My weight is down to 225 today and my waist is 39 1/4.
Oh and apparently I messed up my initial waist measurement. It should have been 39 1/2

OK guys update for ya
I am now sitting here at 225 and I have been putting on some nice strenght increases, so going by that and my appearance I have been putting on muscle size and my weight is down from the beginning of the trial. I am definitely seeing fat loss from this product.
As far as impressions, I do feel slightly warmer and I sweat a little easier, but I have been sick so who knows what the heat is from

Well, my weight is holding steady between 225-228, but my waist continues to shrink. I measured it today at just under 39''. Objectively, I think there is an increase in body heat after taking Blaze.

OK guys wrap-up time
I weighed my self today at 228-230
but the amazing thing that shocked the hell outta of me was my waist mesurement it was 38'' on the dot after my postworkout shake
that means an inch and a half gone from my waist in a month and my weight stayed the same, so pretty damn impressive if you ask me
cardio was raquetball and basketball; My lifting style was high volume with a week off for spring break
For my Diet, I did not count cals, I eat at my school's dining halls so this is somewhat difficult, but I tried to focus on protein(obviously) along with quality carbs

How did it affect your immune system during your cold? Some people reported that Blaze somehow enhanced the immunity...Can you confirm that at all?

Did you just take two a day throughout the whole cycle(I'm guessing you did since the log lasted a month)? I've decided to take three a day for 20 days(this is day 7) and I can definitely feel the increase in warmth and sweating, especially during cardio. I am bulking but I have definitely already lost some body fat and stayed pretty much the same weight throughout the cycle. I am already a big fan of this product. I was also wondering if you're going to take any precautions(milk thistle, NAC, etc.) since Blaze is a methylated substance. I have heard this suggested in a few places and am wondering if it is necessary. Thanks for the log, by the way.

it didnt help it that I could notice
I have basically been sick for a month, not bad enough to get me to stop training but I cant figure it out why its lasted so long
and to answer the other question
I took 2 a day
I felt increased body heat but it was subtle
and I am not taking any liver protection but I will in 2 weeks

Did your sickness have anything to do with your stomach? For the past 24 hours, I have had some pretty bad stomach pains but am not sure what it's from. I am just thinking it is something I ate or a stomach virus, though.

no I did have a stomach ailment at the beginning but it went away
its basically been a lingering sinus infection

What would you guess happened to your bodyfat %? I will be done bulking in a month and want to try this (I have to use stimulant-free). My bodyfat is at 13.5%. What would you guess I could get it down to (VERY clean diet - never cheat)?

well without knowing your weight, body type, and cardio routine its hard to say, but I felt it helped me drop some fat on more of a maintenance type diet

I'm 5 foot 10.5 and weigh 149. I'm pretty skinny but have some stubborn lower belly fat. If I could get rid of that it would really help bring out my lower abs. As for cardio I play golf atleast 5 days a week. Also, I lift weights 5 a week.

you need to bulk up my friend
eat clean but eats lots of protein; gaining lean muscle lowers bf%

Yea I know I need mass. I'm skinny but I have pretty good definition. I'm just a really hard gainer (I lost 4 pounds when I upped my calories by 500). It's like no matter how much I eat I can't grow. That's why I figured I would try and just get really defined once I'm done bulking.

Damn, sounds like you should have layed off for awhile. At least that is what I am doing while being sick
BLAZE works well..just be patient..like you said you lose inches not pounds..thats what i noticed using it..no loss in mass..unlike some other radical fat burners..i used 2 in the AM and 2 again in the PM and it burned me up on the inside.very thermogenic indeed. Not something that works fast however..a good run of it would be about 3-4 bottles..then a good break for a few weeks.

haha old thread
anyways
I started lifting at 14 or 15 for HS football, but basically quit from 18-20 due to a shoulder injury/surgery
I started up again about a year and a half ago

From what I understand 4-6 weeks is a good cycle
