I am currently on a cutting phase and am using Melt-down training in conjunction with it. Also the tanita scale says that I am at 8.5%bf, but I have a lot of loose skin, any ways to get rid of this so I can get the "hard" look?

Post workout (7:00)
Surge

9:30
28g oatmeal
6 egg whites
Protein shake with 8oz. skim milk

12:00
1 cup cottage cheese
1Tbs. olive oil
6 oz. chicken or lean roast beef

3:00
protein shake

5:30
1 cup cottage cheese
8oz. chicken

8:00
Protein shake

i personally think u need more fat in that diet if u wanna get cut, but just take a look at that link because it actually depends on your body size.
