Ok, here's the recipe for a protein and peanut butter bar I was looking for.
25g whey powder
30g natural peanut butter
20g coconut milk.
Mix everything together. Lay it out on waxy paper, cover and freeze for a couple of hours. It comes out all chewy and yummy.
By the way, when you are making it, don't be tempted to add in more coconut milk, thinking the recipe is wrong. You have to mash away for a while, but it does come together.
