Southern Cali (la,sgv,s. E. La) Area

What's up! Just looking for people in my area that are interested in body building or work out occasionaly. Maybe we can learn from each other ...training , nutrition, dieting, or just BSing. Whatever.

I am a personal trainer -ACE Certified-

I work out at LA Fitness in Downey, Glendora, Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos, and sometimes Pasadena. I drive a lot so I usually take my wo bag and just go to a gym that is closest to where I am.

Anyone interested (especially fine ladies!!!!) in kicking it or just emailing ideas get at me.

Whats up! Valencia is about an hour from me.
How long have you been training? What is your split/diet like?
Right now im on the 2nd day of my diet and its going good so far.
I was @ 185 then bulked to 220 now im going down to about 200.
Currently at 213.

Whats up LA 76! That one in Pasadena is pretty nice with the wood and tv's. Most other gyms dont have that.

28 years old
5 9 height
170lbs-175lbs - current weight
30 waist
43chest
16bis
defined abs

that's about it

started a new diet and have gained about 2 lbs of lean muscle in about 2 weeks....so going well.

nahh i wish tho, i have a friend who goes up there, so i may go with him sumtimes this summer, but i usually go to my gym down here in anaheim

i have just moved back to the pasadena area, and have found that the gym's here suck. i have been trainging at 24hr sport in old town, but they just don't have everything that i need. i toured the gold's on altadena, and the equipment seems dated, and the hours of opperation are limited. does anyone in the SGV have a good gym. i don't mind paying more ti get more

i'm going yo be heading out to LA in may to meet up with a friend there, shes only been there for a month and im planning on taking here out while im there and i need some help on planning a hella good night out without dropping a lot of money {college student budget} any suggestions???

There is a gym in Pasadena called Bodies In Motion. The address is 900 S. Arroyo Parkway
I haven't been there yet but I hear it is supposed to be exclusive. Probably going to be pretty expensive! You can go to there website and they'll give you a free pass for the day to check it out. I'm going to go pretty soon but if you go there let me know how it turned out.

dunno the exact date, itll be a weekend for sure. a club/ hang out would be good, prolly a nice place to go before too, but no bars, she doesnt drink or smoke.

ill have to get back to you on what part of la shes in. i know it may sound crazy but this chick is 24 and has never drank, smoked and still has her v-card but is most def one of the hottest girls from around my part. ill shot you a pm as soon as i hear back from her
