I've heard creatine breaks down over time, but I was wondering about protein.
Specifically, I mixed a protein shake and planned on drinking it on the way home from the gym. But the snow storm prevented me from getting to the gym.
My question, does the protein break down like creatine, or will it be the same shake tomorrow morning or afternoon?

Amino acid chains are pretty stable, if they weren't we would all dissolve in the shower.
What did you mix your shake with?

2 scoops of whey with water.

No problem then.
The problem with premixing is generally that, as with all proteins, bacterial growth will occur in time, if you ever do premix, keep it in the fridge.

Well, that is as much Croatian as i know. :D
Actually, i didn't even know it was Croatian. :D
In Swedish it would be "inga problem", however "no problems" with an overdone Swedish-English accent and a rolling r is ok too. :D
