Hey all,
I wana take a lil more fat off and still constantly increase my mass like I have been doing. Right now I am taking glutamine, protein, CLA, and hydroxycut. Hydroxycut is pretty crappy! I'm thinking about taking all these to reach my goals before spring break (ill keep lifting afterwards ofcourse and reach new goals). What do you guys think of this combo: whey protein, glutamine, creatine monohydrate, CLA, and lipo 6. Will this be safe/effective? Anybody ever taken creatine and lipo 6 at the same time? Thanks so much for the help!

take 20g of Cell Tech everyday from now until Spring Break. It will tone you up good.

You can probably get rid of the glutamine( unless it's Ener-G) and do shxt loads of cardio. Figure out how many cals you need to take in to lose 1 2 or 3 lbs a week. As for fatburner make your on ECY stack or just use some Man's Scorch.

I decided that I will give myself all of March, April, and May to accomplish my immediate goals. I need to loose about 15 lbs of fat while continuing my current muscle gaining routines and stuff. Should I be taking lipo 6 with lots of cardio right now, or should I wait a little while and take creatine or NO first?

If you are trying to cut first go with the lip06 if you are trying to put on mass, go creatine and no. Some will tell you that you can use both at the time time while cutting, but i found out(maybe just me) but it was harder to lose weight while on creatine.

The only reason it's harder to lose weight on creatine is because with creatine you will hold some water weight. Creatine won't hinder your fat loss.

Some quick suggestions:
ephedrine 20mg
caffiene 200mg
green tea 250mg EGCG
3x/day
Try to eat most of your carbs for breakfast and around workouts. I've found 1 gram of CEE and 4 grams of citrulline mallate pre-workout to be great for maintaining strength while in calorie deficit. Hope this helps.

Unless you go with CEE. Which won't give you any water weight I believe, and won't bloat you like Creatine Mono.

I heard that you couldnt take hydroxycut and creatine at the same time because they will hinder each other due to both needing so much water. Will this also be true for lipo 6 and creatine? also sorry 2 be a newb, but what is CEE? In this 3 month time span, should I put on mass first or try to cut weight first or just do them both simataneously...I dont think ill be able to take ECA stack though so lipo 6 is proly the way im headed.

Start doing some searches bro. There is plenty of info already posted on this board.
Creatine is great while dieting because it keeps stength up and helps you train intensely. This helps with nutrient partitioning and muscle preservation.
Water bloat with Creatine Ethyl Ester is minimized because it supposedly has 100% cellular uptake. On the other hand, regular creatine can cause temporary water bloat. Supposedly extracellular creatine can cause some bloat, so keep dosage reasonable or just use CEE. Creatine hydrates the muscle so it may draw water into the muscle improving your muscle fullness and look. Just try it and see how you look.

try using nitro-tech and cell-tech stacked so you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. you'll be big and cut in no time!
