Since June 16th of this year I have been logging my recomp/cut with various supplements. I have currently been able to go from 222.5lbs on june 16th to 208 yesterday 8/18th. For the first 6 or 7 weeks I used e-bol and switched between lipodrene and cytolean as my thermogenic supplement.
13 days ago, I began to use Furazadrol. Since then, I have dropped noticable fat, and have maintained my strength in the gym. I am currently on the 4/day phase of the Furaz, and 2 days ago I began to get that "on" feeling in the gym with very intense pumps. I have lost 4 pounds since being on the furaz in 12 days, and I would say all of it is fat. I feel much tighter and leaner especially in my chest, which is my biggest problem area.
this is my dosing schedule for the Furazadrol:
days 1-5 2/day
days 6-10 3/day
days 11-15 4/day
days 16-21 5/day
days 22-29 4/day
days 30-35 3/day
this is 120 pills exactly which = 2 bottles. The reason for the 5 week schedule is that I am leaving on the 15th of september for cancun, and I needed to be done with the Furazadrol before I go.
support supplements:
milk thistle, sesamin, fish oil, multi vitamin, garlic, green tea, vitamin c
pct:
this will probably be 6-oxo due to the fact that most say shutdown and recovery is pretty light. I do have nolvadex on hand in case I feel very shutdown or anything comes up.
diet:
I am using a high protein (around 280 to 300g/day) with relatively high fats and low carbs.
training
I am training mostly like I would for muscle growth, using heavy weights and keeping reps in the 8 to 12 range for the most part. Every 2 weeks or so I will so a high rep day for a bodypart, and I am also throwing in alot more supersets, compound sets, and quick rest sets than I normally would.
Cardio:
30 to 35 minutes every day. Post workout on lifting days, and either a.m. or before bed on non lifting days.

I started this log, because 2 days ago in the gym is when I really began to have the "on" feeling.
I will show some pics from 2 weeks ago, right before I started the furaz, and then some I took yesterday for comparison. I can already tell a difference in the mirror, and I know the best is yet come.

light legs/abs:
For those that may not have followed my progress so far, I only train legs heavy every 2nd or 3rd week. I have been blessed with really good genetics in my quads and calves. Because of this I feel that my thighs are where they need to be size wise, so I don't do heavy squats, etc. every workout. My calves are also a good size and shape, but I feel that the bigger and crazier calves a person has, the better. Because of this, I train them pretty hard every leg day. On to the workout...

notes:
feeling really good in the gym the last few days. I really am starting to have the "on" feeling that you get while on an anabolic. Pumps are really good, vascularity is very good. I am not a very veiny guy, but my calves had 3 or 4 veins in each of them running crazy after the workout today!, and My forearms and hands are having increased vascularity as well. Very Nice!
sides:
REally none yet except for 2 possibles: possibly dry mouth. This could be due to the drying out effect of the furazadrol, but I am drinking an ass ton of water to make sure I am both preventing this, as well as other sides related to dehydration.
And possible increased aggression/anger. I am not a believer in Roid Rage, but I do believe that an anabolic can cause the alpha male feeling and make a person a little less tolerant of certain things. Since this compound is very mildly androgenic, I am probably just experiencing placebo. But you never really know.

Feeling good this morning. I slept like a rock last night! I have been for the past few weeks as well. No doubt that the sleep is helping with the weight loss, muscle maintenance.
Tonight is back/triceps. I think I may do a short rest workout with some supersets. It depends on how I feel though.

None at all. Why? should I be?
The only side effects so far is fat loss and increased thirst.

notes: very good workout today. This is my first day at 250mg of the furazadrol. I am now taking 5/day. Strength was pretty fair today. I kept a fast pace and had a really great pump in my entire shoulder region. Rediculous sweating and thirst during cardio, but I am drinking an ass ton of water throughout the day to compensate.
Tomorrow is off day, but I will probably do forearms/abs and cardio just for ****s and giggles.

Good workout for sure! I increased reps on a few of my sets from last workout! Nice one! It is always a good thing when you can lose weight/bodyfat and get stronger at the same time! Pretty intense pump in my biceps today. They were aching from the pump at the end of the preacher curls.

later on last night I went in to the gym for cardio. I did 35minutes on the elliptical and worked up a great sweat.
Later today will be legs. I'm hoping my knees feel good, so I can go semi heavy on squats. They have been a little stiff lately, which is probably due to the drying/leaning out effect of the furaz. We shall see.

weekly weigh in and a.m. cardio 30 minutes.
Weight 209 +1 from last week. WTF!! You mean that I am on a reduced calorie/carb diet and doing at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday, as well as weight training 5 days this week and I gained a pound! It must be the Furazadrol doing it. My waist is very visually getting smaller/tighter, and my forearms/calves/biceps/etc are showing increased vascularity. Strength is good too. It must be lbm! which is very o.k. with me.
Side effects:
very thirsty still, but I am drinking probably 1.5 gallons per day to combat this.
also, I have been experiencing some stomach discomfort the last couple of days. Not sure how to describe it other than it seems to be kind of tender. I almost feel slightly nauseous at times, but my appetite is still good, and my bowels are still fine. Today I start back down the ladder on the furaz. from 5/day to 4/day. If this is causing the stomach discomfort, possibly lowing the dosage back down will alleviate the problem. Or, it could be totally unrelated.

pretty good workout. I kept a good pace and tried to keep rest below 90 seconds. actually below 60sec. on most sets. strength was good on triceps exercises...actually back too. The 13 pullups set is really good for me as I have never been a pro at doing those.
This is day 22 of the Furazadrol, I have about 2 weeks left and then pct of 6-0x0. I am hoping to continue the leaning out I have been experiencing, and to aid that I have cut my calories a little more. Hopefully going forward, this will aid in the fat loss even more.

Great I finally found this thread again. I just wanted to know because I am looking to run this along with Leviathan to cut up. Ive been reading up on this for a month and a half now.
Your never ending thirst comes from the Furazadrol dehydrating you. On other forums on the the net people have to drink upwards to 2 gallons of water a day to stay hydrated on this. So far thats the only side Ive read people report.
How much have you lost so far?

I only weigh in on Saturday mornings every week because I fluctuate alot day to day. I have about 12 days or so left before pct, and so far I have been pleased with my progress. Nothing earthshaking, but I wasn't expecting that either. I do feel fuller, leaner, and I am getting a really good pump in the gym, which is not normal for me on a low carb cut diet. As far as the thirst, It is almost rediculous. I am drinking so much water, and I live in Mississippi where it has consistently been over 100 degrees almost everyday for the past 3 weeks which doesn't help either!

today was an awesome workout!! I was really strong and had great pumps and endurance! Probably the best workout I have had since starting my cut over 2 months ago. I did 2 more reps on my 275 decline set than a few weeks ago, and also 1 more rep on my first set of inclines with the 90's than last time. It sucks so much ass that my gym only has up to 90 lb dumbells. This forces me to use more bars and also to do higher reps than I would like on occasion.
Thirst is still crazy, but I am drinking a FUKLOAD of water. I slosh all day long! I am also having a bunch of acne on the backs of my shoulders. I have started tanning and am using proactive, so hopefully it will get better.
Tomorrow is off for the weights, but I will probably do abs and cardio.

Things are going really good. I haven't posted in a few days due to the holidays and crazy ass work schedule. I had really good shoulder and chest workouts the last few days. september 8th update:
sorry for the delay in posting if you are following this thread. I am overall doing very well. Tomorrow is the last day of the furazadrol. I have been at 3/day for the last 4 days, and will be today and tomorrow. Tommorow night I will begin my pct of 6-oxo and axis hypertest. I will use one bottle of each and make them last 30 days. I will also use creating mono and a fat burner throughout.
I have been on schedule with my workouts, but due to work schedule have not been posting well. Cardio this week was good. I have been averaging 40 minutes each day and diet has been good this week except for a pizza splurge one night.
Weekly weigh in and a.m. cardio. 40minutes
weight 205!!
this is my goal weight from the start of the cut/recomp from about 9 or 10 weeks ago. I was at 222 and wanted to get down to 205 with visible abs. My abs are visible when flexed for sure, but I wouldn't dare to say that I have a 6 pack. I am leaner than I have ever been, even at much lighter weights than 205 though, so that is a huge success. I think that 5 more pounds of fat woruld definately give me a 6 pack, so I may continue for a few more weeks after the cancun vacation next week (leaving on the 15th).
overall this has been a great success. I will post photos for comparison later today or tomorrow morning.
also, a full review will be coming tomorrow night or monday for the furazadrol.

Actually, there was a period of about 3 days where I had some stomach discomfort during this cycle. I can't really describe it other than a slight nauseous feeling and perhaps some abdominal tenderness, but this was during the 5/day phase of the cycle, and subsided immediately when I went back to 4/day. I was taking one upon waking, with lunch, late afternoon, dinner, and before bed. If I ever do it again, I will go to 4/day max, and just make the cycle last that much longer.

I have changed my schedule to focus on chest and arms this week before my vacation. I Know from the past that if I work my arms and chest with alot of frequency, they stay really tight feeling for several days straight. This will hopefully help with the bod in mexico.
I took some photos this morning that I will try to get on here. I am really impressed with the outcome! This cycle was a very good success in my mind!

No, no, no....not three times per week. Three times THIS week. I am trying to achieve more tightness and overall pump in those areas for my beach vacation. This was basically the main reason I ran this cycle, and I am just trying to finish off the old arms and chest for the last week before the trip. I am no doubt a dumbass, but not that dumb!

update pics from yesterday. Not too happy with the front view outcome on the photos. I guess the lighting is kind of washing me out.. not really an excuse, but you can definately see more of a difference from back view. I am still extremely satisfied with the results from this cycle. back from vacation to cancun, mexico. My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time. I worked out a little the first morning and did 30 minutes of cardio, and after that I said fuk it, I'm on vacation. The only working out I did after that was high rep 12 oz. curls and late night horizontal cardio..if you know what I mean! That reminds me about my pct...
a note about the pct. I am taking the axis hypertest and 6-0x0 every night before bed, and let me tell you, my libido is rediculous. I didn't feel shut down really, as I have stated before, but I am really going good with the test boosters/anti-e combo. I was a stallion on my vacation!
I can't wait to get in the gym today after a good 5 day layoff which I needed dearly. It has been a year since I took more than 2 days off in a row, and my system really was deserving of this break. I am probably going to continue on my current low calorie/cardio cycle for about 1 or 2 more weeks to undo any damage done on the vacation, and then do a baseline calorie maintainance for a while with slightly above normal cardio to continue to drop fat while bringing my fullness back up some by reintroducing some carbs back into my diet. My diet was really good, except for all the alcohol, on the vacation. I ate alot of eggs, fish, steak, chicken, sushi, etc, with very little carbs during the 5 days there. I don't feel as if I did much damage, but I will weigh myself saturday to assess this.
I will update in a few days about how it is going, and with my post vacation weight.

Thanks, good to be back! and that sucks about the weather there. I went deep sea fishing one day on vacation with a guy from your neck of the woods. We caught a few bonitas and some barracuda.

thanks. And yes, not shut down at all so to speak. If it weren't for that fact that I know I did a cycle of a steroidal compound, I would almost say that I don't even need a pct. However, the pct may in fact be the reason that I feel so good at this point in time. Always better to be safe than sorry right!

notes:
very nice workout today. I felt really good and rested. Handled some nice weights on the rows and triceps sets. Nothing earth shaking, but I will try to slowly add some strength back in over the next couple of weeks by lowering my reps and adding weight. The cardio today was a breeze. If I didn't have to be somewhere, I could have easily done an hour or more. My legs and knees felt fantastic!

Which cycle did you like better Fura or Ebol? Which did you get the best results from?

I would have to say that the Furazadrol worked better for the goals at hand (cutting fat while preserving lean mass). The ebol worked very well too, but I think a non hormonal compound can only go so far. I would definately recommend furaz to someone interesting in cutting, as long as they have the proper support supps and a decent pct lined up. AS far as a bulking cycle, I don't really know what I think about the furazadrol for this purpose. I think if it was added into test or an otc like bold, you would definately get good gains. Now the question is, what percetage of those gains could be contributed to the furazadrol. My guess is a small percentage. Not taking anything away from it, but a much stronger anabolic like test or something else would probably overshadow the furaz entirely. It is very possible that the hardening effect of the furaz could show through to give better, more solid gains throughout the cycle though. Of course this is all only my opinion because I have never done a cycle like this.

nice leg work today. Nothing crazy, but a good burn and nice pump afterwards. Pushed the calves pretty hard with the whole stack for a few sets of good deep very slow reps. They are indeed pretty tender this morning.
