Ive been dieting and lifting for a few months now but i recently started playing basket ball again. My problem now is i get no height in my jumps, i was very active in leagues and the school team years ago (was able to grab the rim but only dunk a volley ball) but that was years ago any suggestions on routines i can do to raise my jump shot and/or eventually dunk ( im under the impression that they require different muscle groups to preform) any help would be appriciated
