DiArginine malate = (Di-L-Arginine)-L-Malate?
Basically wondering if they are both the same.

Yes. Sometimes the L- is just left out.

No "di" means there are 2 arginines per malate.
How could something be the natural and synthetic form at the same time?

there isnt..........sometimes a label could say soemthing like di arginine or diglutamine while the L version is natural...........but in thsi case ur right two arginine per malate but im sayin when theres only one chemical
