Ok as many of you know, Higher Power CEE has recently been the topic of much heated discussion. I myself have purchased some and am curious as to whether it is the real stuff or not too. Therefore, I have decided to make a log to see if any gains (comparable to what I have read about other CEE products) are made.
Also, many of you that have read the posts concerning HP CEE know that I have been one of the few that have been saying that my CEE mixes clear with no residue on the bottom or cloudiness so that's another reason for the log.
Ok, even though this is my first entry, yesterday was my 3rd day taking the HP CEE and I will post my arm workout from then.
Barbell Curls-3 x 10,8,6
Skull Crushers-3 x 10,8,6
Hammer Curls-3 x 8
Dips-3 x 15,12,10
Reverse Preacher Curls-3 x 10
Tri Pushdowns-3 x 10,8,8
Comments: Even though it was just my third day, I did notice some improvements on a few of the lifts. This could have been some sort of placebo effect or just a good day as well. Only time with increased gains should be able to determine that. Skull Crushers w/ 35's on each side of the EZ curl bar were easier as I did the same amount of weight this week as last week but I was able to complete more reps with much more ease. Barbell Curls also improved slightly from last week as I was able to do the same amount of weight (95 lbs) but with more ease considering I have lowered my rest periods by about 1 minute from last week. Reverse Preacher curls improved as well..(same situation as Barbell curls). All in all, good workout! Got a tremendous pump (a little more so than usual), and even with rest periods cut in half I was still able to complete the usual amounts of weight or slightly more than I am used to with the same or a little less effort.
It's shoulder day today so I will try to give you my log of that workout later this afternoon after my workout. :)
