try a minor amount of carbs and then use fat to load instead... no spill over possible and insane hardness.

I'd also like to hear how fat will 'fill' you up, considering it would have minimal effects on glycogen replishment.
Interesting idea though.....

Don't take my word for it, try a trail run and prove it to yourself.

I hear that. I did it and it worked awesome for my show. I just upped my carbs about 70 grams, to about 150 total the day before the show. That way I didn't risk any serious spillage. Kept water and sodium low, but I substituted about 2lbs of ground beef for all my protien. I tightened up real nice! It was the most drastic change in the whole diet! I basically got hard as a rock over night. At the show, it seems that most of the other competitors that had any idea what the heck they were doing had done something similar. At least as far as the other heavy weights at this show, which was a nat. qualifier. Lots of good guys there.

Yea but on CKD, your running on about 20 grams of carbs a day with about 100+grams of fat a day. Fat up sounds like you'de need to up your fat intake to over 300 grams a day, is this what you mean?
