I am embarking on a mission to recover my former glory. Ok, so it wasn't really GLORY, but it was at least better than the physical state I am in now. I would like some advice on where to start supplement wise. I have only had experience with one product.
After having a child and topping out at 185 (I am 5' 6" tall, medium bone structure) after coming home from the hospital, I started on Hydroxycut. I only worked out MAYBE 2 times a week, 20 minutes tops. I invested in a Total Gym (yes, that infomercial w/Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkley) and mainly did the upper/lower body excercises. I got back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 140 pounds. It took me around 6 months to accomplish. I kept the weight off for a year and a half then went through a depressed/lazy phase which has left me at the 165 range. I am determined to not only reach my previous weight level but to improve my overall health. I have read numerous testimonies and such, as well as the descriptions with the fat loss combos and am just as confused as when I started. I intend to commit three days a week, at least 30 minutes to cardio. The other two days to strength training. Maybe one day to do both. I would like some advice as to what products would be good to start with.
