I'm getting too close to skinny fat at 185 then I'd like so I thought I'd try a new diet, the old one consisting of 40/60/5 protein carb fat ratio. My first shopping list was 24 pack of hamburgers, sack of sausage patties, 2 cartons of eggs, string cheese, 12 pack of sharp cheddar, almonds, natty pb, and olive oil. Feel free to chime in on my diet as this is my first attempt and have a general idea of the system but I do not have it down to a T. Also if you guys have some nice recipes or something I can add to my grocery list.

I already ate breakfast which is meal one..
2 eggs, sausage patty, slice of cheese 400 cal. 32 g fat 22 g protein 4 g carb

Ok here were my meals cals/fats/protein/carbs

Meal One: 9:00 2 eggs sausage cheese 400/32/22/3
Meal Two: 11:15 tuna,tbsp pb, tbsp evoo 330/24.5/30/4
Meal Three: 1/4 cup almonds, cheese stick 220/28/12/6
Meal Four: Chicken salad with ranch 385/26/32/8
Meal Five: 2 hamburger patties 480/38/32/8

Days Totals: 1815 Calories
