Did a search nothing came up. Anybody use powerblocks, the one in all dumbells that you slide the plates in. Look kind of ackward besides expensive.

Expensive, yes. Unless you are comparing them with buying 4 or 5 sets of standard dumbbells, then it's not.
Awkward, no. They are well balanced and really cool for flyes and moves like the Arnold press and such too.
I use them and love them.

I got a pair
I think they're great
take them if I go somewhere for a few days
also made a few 60,70,85 pd dumbells with the
freewts I had and now use the block for most of my
arm/bicep/shoulder exercises
awesome with the quick changing
safes time and space
downside - paid too much (350 Canadian)
