Which one is better, CEE or Kre-Alkalyn? [Archive]

this debate could go on forever. Some like cee, some like kre, and some like both. I've never tried kre so i couldnt tell u about that but cee was def. worth it IMO.

I've tried both, I like both. I didn't get cee in bulk, I used cre2. Right now I'm on sci-fit kre-alkalyn. Both give great pumps and strength gains. I feel a little more strength off of the kre. I got a little bloated from the cee and no bloating from the kre. Neither supplement gave me any cramps. The kre is cheaper and you dont have to take as many pills as the cre2.

Good Call... I tried both the sci-fit KRE and Cr2 CEE... both were about the same... I found the KRE probably worked a little better taking 4 pills a day opposed to CEE's dose.

Personal Opinion, everyone whos tried both has their own.

Hmm, I wanted to take the CEE, because I heard it wasn't like the regular Creatine monohydrate, and didn't make you bloat. I'm looking for something that can give me nice muscle mass, with no bloatiness/fat, or a very minimal amount. I'm just looking to be nice and ripped. Hmm, I'll buy the CEE in bulk, but I might go with the Kre. Tosssup.

Also, I'm looking at the SciFit Kre. Which one would you recommend, the Endur-02 Plus Kre-Alkalyn, or the Kre-Alkalyn 1500? They also have powder, but I'd rather just take it in pill form.

mass? Then technically neither. Only food does that :D
