First, I would like to know what you all think about Hydroxycut. Is this a good product and does it have any negative side affects? Also, I'm looking for a good routine for a woman just starting to get into shape. Mainly concerned with fat loss and toning. Any advice would be appreciated.

thanks.

Hi maverick68. I've used Hydroxycut in the past and received good results in weight loss and added energy. It's prefectly safe if you are currently healthy, ruling out hypertension and other symtoms of heart disease. Have you ever taken a thermogenic before?

For fat loss, your diet must be in check and balanced. Added cardio will excel fat loss. Train each body part once a week to allow for proper recovery.

What is your current diet and training like?

I use Hydroxycut, but have to adjust how I take it. I tried using it according to directions (three times daily), but found that my heart rate increased to the point that I would need much longer rest periods between exercises to get my heart rate down. Now, on advice from others who train I take it immediately before a work out. I find that it increases my strength endurance, allowing me to lift heavier, this may be psychological, but others I work out with claim the same.

For the people who take it as directed the only complaints I have heard is a slight increase in heart rate, plus they claim that they sweat a lot more.
