I'm an intermediate weightlifter looking to improve my form. I did a Google search for info on how to squat correctly and found Dennis' page.

You must be kidding. How can anyone take this article seriously? The grammer is horrid, misspelled words, no sentence structure, and worst of all. . .no actual instruction on how to successfully execute a squat.

Thanks for nothing.
