i wanna get alot bigger this year(Not steriod biger just like 5lbs bigger) by the end of the season. i'm not sure what to do not really enough time to eat alot and to work out alot we do alota compounds at football i just need some things to help beef me up a bit. I looking at playing time this year (sophmore 170lb LB i wanna weight about 190 by next aug) and i'm bigger than most of LB at my small school but all other teams are wayy bigger than me few inches taller and like 40 to 60lbs hevier... just need some pro tips on bulking in season. I wanna put alotta squat time in i like doing squat i wanna get about 300 by end of season and i about at 270 i just need some pointers i may go to a combine this offseason if my coach will let me.just need some pointers thanks

Hey, read this about bulking!!! It will save you like 4 months of cutting down the road! and you will learn a lot.

and to get that squat up just pick a already made program and follow that...you should be in the 350's next year in squat.

-I recommend these following programs to do...WSFSB is best for atheltes..MM2K is best for getting your bench up and if you want a mad vertical get VJB!...... i know i dont got good stats but they are wayyy better from where they were 6 months ago!! and in another 6 months they will be veryyy good

yea you got some stats i got now especially bench i can dead more and i can squat just about that much 10-15 less but your pretty little bit faster than me.o yea and thanks i'll follow them programs and it will probly work
