im on da keto diet of 5 day low carb 2 day high carb diet following the dr.piqesdale metabolic diet book.
Im confused on the 2 day carb up as it says in the book you would normally rest but , continue to work out on tha 2 days anyway, since i have heaps of carbs on those 2 days wouldnt that mean my body will starting using carbs as the primary energy and i would be converted back 2 the "normal" metabolism of burning carbs when i switch back 2 my 5 day high fat diet ???
