My schedule for the next few weeks is this:

Workout A
Snatch - 1 set of 5 (follow a linear cycle)
Clean - 1 set of 3 (linear cycle)
Front squats - 4 sets of 10 (linear)
Wrist roller

Workout B
Snatch - 4 sets of 5 (20lbs lighter than previous)
Rack jerks - 4 sets of 5 (linear cycle)
Snatch DL - 1 set of 10 (with fat bar)

That is pretty typical of how I train. 3-4 exercises, I start with higher reps and gradually reduce them over a couple of months. I go for a rep max instead of training with percentages. I do use percents to keep track of where I am at though.
