I'm one week out from a contest-July 6th. My overall condition looks great, bodyfat 4-5%,vascularity etc. on target. My only concern is I still have some fat on my butt. From what I've read you should cut out cardio the last week to bring out more detail in the legs. However, seeing my glutes are not quite there yet I was thinking of doing cardio up until wednesday to see if that makes a difference. I plan to use prep H the last couple of days. So, my question is should I continue to do cardio next week or lay off hoping my my glutes will come in after the depletion phases (water,sodium) and carb loading. Any help would be appreciated.
