Iv given nitrix tabs a go and didn't notice any benefits. I've tried nano vapor a bit pricey and found some good gains. Super pump 250 has been the best I have tried. Fantastic pumps. Really tight. Cobined with size on was a great combo. Apart from the bowl movements. Gave me the runs for first week and a bit. I am on jack 3d at present but will be trying the new super pump. Hope this helps

I've only tried Assault and NO Explode, so far. I feel the NO Explode buzz more during the workout, but Assault does make me feel "alive" in the gym as well. The Assault has more ingredients that should work well, so I mostly stick with that.

Thanks for the posts though, I may try something from the list above next, although some say Jack3d is like being on acid might still try it since I hand stims pretty well.

My favorite product so far is for sure Assault by MusclePharm always great pumps, focus and I can workout with this stuff for about 2 hours before it wears off!
Jack3d I can put two scoops in about 10oz of water and never feel a thing I didn't like it at all good taste and easy to mix.
1.M.R was awesome did not taste good at all but it almost pushed me harder at the gym it was awesome!
N.O Xplode was alright did its job but there are better products out there.
N.O Xplode 2.0 was a HUGE fail made me sick at the gym and almost tired no joke and the first one actually had a lot more things better for yeah in it.

I've been a loyal BSN product user for quite some time and loved No Xplode when I first started but then built up a tolerance requiring more and more. Tried NO Xplode NT which has worked very well for me (use 1 and a half servings prior to workout), gives me great pumps and feel like I could workout for hours on end. I'm one that went straight to NO Xplode and liked it a lot a few years ago, but then realized I was needing more and more of it so then went to NO Xplode NT and was really happy for a while but with all the new products out there I have decided to try others. Cellucor C4 gives me pretty good focus but I'm not too impressed with the pumps. Granted everyone reacts differently to each product so that's not to say it isn't great. Definitely gonna have to move on to Jack3d next.

Don't forget that it's not purely(if at all) the supplements "fault" that you don't take up as much or get the effect you like. The only thing that worked on me was supercharge...NOTHING else worked and I now know why....I have leaky gut syndrome...food leaks out in the blood and you create intolarances for food etc. Or you could have a disturbance in your colon(colon dysbiosis) Too little good bacterias.... Life's stress,bad food,depression,anxiety,rashes,acne,chlorine,-birth control,anabolic steroids....it AFFECTS the body in a negative way...brings unbalance in your gut and colon flora...and it can go really bad. I walked around with this for years not knowing what the *ell this was.

So think for a second,don't blame it on the supp first....think about what you put IN YOURSELF that affects you...you might be your own enemy.And you might be walking around with intolarances.

Superpump did **** on all for me. First off, the ingrediants are underdosed unless you take the three scoops. But the first time i took the three scoops i caught a massive 3 day headache where i couldnt even leave my bed, and i also think it was linked to food poisoning and shocking my body in a state cause my head ache was so bad. Symptoms were blood in my stool, losing 9 pounds of sweat, puking and over all feeling like ****. I think they really need to make it so the sweetener isnt so potent! I have tried several pre workouts. I currently have a pile of them, most notably SuperPumpMax and N.O. Xplode 2.0. The best one I have tried by FAR is one from a local company near to me called SAS Unleashed. It is a concentrate based product. It is only available in the UK at the moment but it's worth looking out for. You will be able to find them on Facebook under SAS Nutrition.

Agreed. I'm currently using Orange & Fruit Punch and i love the fruit punch. I also that it only take two tiny scoops to get you going. Lots of people say they don't get as much pump off C4 but I did when I was taking a separate NO Supplement like NO RED. But C4 gets the job done and it's easy going down.

AmiN.O. Energy by Optimum Nutirion has green tea and essential amino acids.

Green tea may not sound very "hardcore" but at least it has been shown to increase exercise performance (unlike geranium / DMAA). Also, it dilates / widens blood vessels for better nutrient delivery to muscles and better waste clearance, which is the opposite of what geranium / DMAA does. So well done Optimum for adding green tea, which should be obvious to any decent supplement R & D team.

Including all essential aminos, which includes BCAAs, is a nice touch too.

A few minor drawbacks of AmiN.O. Energy: 1. the first amino acid is taurine, which doesn't really have much research showing that it is useful for exercise or building muscle (but it is extremely cheap) and you have to take the full serving (3 scoops) to get anywhere near the required amount of EAAs as used in the research to boost muscle building (protein synthesis) during exercise.

Personally, I like NO Xplode 2.0. I have always used NO products and have never had any problems with them at all. Always have had good gains from using it. I like the reduced magnesium in this new version (makes less trips to the bathroom) haha. Overall, have always used NO and it works great. "When it's not broke, don't fix it."

I'm currently on BSN's NO-Xplode, it's definitely pretty decent I'd give it a 7.5/10, taste is'nt too hard to down, would even go as far as it tastes pretty good some days. It gets the job done, but if I had to recommend a preworkout I'd go with Jack3d. Crazy energy, big pump and just puts you in a raging mood to punish your muscles.

I found they both gave me headaches at first, but I reduced the intake and drank more water with it than suggested then moved back up to being able to take more than the recommended amount. Just make sure you drink enough water to dilute it a little and it might help you a bit. Currently I am on jack3d, but I change every bottle or so.

Best NO product: muscle pharm assault! It has 40,000mg of its propietery blend,about double of the average pre workout. For the most part nothing in particular stands out in the ingredient list that differs from most other generic PWs but the dosing must be spot in. I ve tried almost every NO product out there but this one was the most intense. The intensity and focus was insane and my veins were popping out like crazy! I didnt crash later in the say but instead had constant energy! It has higher doses of beta alanine then in all other PWs so my skin eas tingling like crazy which added to tge adrenaline rush! Try this one out you eont regret it, its nunber one in th BB store for a reason ;)

Tried Jack3d, and a couple tubs of Craze. now trying Primaforce Citrulline Malate just because I'm tying a stack of pure blends instead of the proprietary blends with tonnes of miniscule amounts of ingredients that effect almost nothing when it comes down to the steak and potatoes.... liking it very much so far. Nice being able to mix it with whatever you want and no worries about the product tasting like crap!

I loved black powder, blew the socks off noxplode, which is what I was using when BP first came out. Im pretty sure though, you are not supposed to mix any of these preworkouts in a shaker, but instead stir them so those gases contained in the foam make it into the body.

No xplode and nitrix together even though i believe that nitric oxide supplements are complete bull and they are wayyyyy overpriceddd. The one thing that we know for sure works in no xplode and nitrix and other supplements is l arginine. if you just buy pure l arginine you will be saving so much more money and it will still help with blood flow to your muscles as well as dialting. look it up l arginine is proven and the guy who did the study on it won the nobel prize. the other crap that they put into these supplements "supposedyly" brings up the price and it gets maddd expensive.
