Hey everyone...
I just thought that I would ask if you guys knew anything about Lee Priest's nutrition, supplementation and training routine when he is preparing for a contest. Can anyone help me on this? I would sure like to know because I mean, seriously, the guy prepares for competition 12 weeks out just like most other bodybuilders, and I mean the guy is ready 3 weeks before a show, and everyone knows that Priest gets heavy in the off-season *250ish +* and he trims ALOT of bodyfat down VERY quickly. I seriously doubt that it's just 'roids because other than DNP, cutting 'roids don't even work all that well. I know that he starts incorporating alot of supersets in his routine, but other than this I am clueless as to what he does to preserve that cartoon-like musculature of his *well, I admit that he must have some chemical assistance there* while just shredding the bodyfat unbelievably. Any help here?
