yeah it gets pretty packed sometimes, but it's the closest to me. i've been lifting for 8 months and finally put on some weight. went from 160 to 183. not a whole lot but it's a start.

Anyone else workout at 24 Hour Fitness? Haha I also have a membership to Planet Fitness but that is a different story, get basically an extra membership for a month. I went to go work out with family there since they have passes, and a day pass was like thirty dollars... So I just bought a month one for $10 (They are now advertising $7.50 a month.. Too bad I signed a year deal with 24 hour that's cheap as hell!)

I have to work my butt off because I want to go to school to be a corrections officer at the prison, but I have to pass the physical fitness test before I can even take the classes.

well i would join the crew, but recently moved from the slc area. does seem though that the roy, layton, ogden areas are kind of the utah mecca of bodybuilding. most of the shows are held around there and a good amount of the competitors are from there. i know several competitors that train at the roy gold's.
