Rotisserie chicken... mmm, my fave. OK, so I know the skin is bad, but is the meat itself considered not 'clean' because it was cooked that way, or can I just remove the skin and eat a portion of the meat?

Surely someone must have an opinion about this. Right now I am going on the assumption that it is to be saved only for special treats.
